Sunshine Yoga sessions are a twist on a survivor favorite. Rise and shine, take in the beautiful outdoors, and give yourself the gift of slowing down and self-love for your mind, body, and spirit. Inhale peace, exhale love. There is a yoga practice that fits each and every one of us no matter our insecurities or limitations. Classes will be structured for beginners but all levels are welcome.

Classes are taught by Erin Burke, a certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor.
