Project Pink'd invites breast cancer survivors to join us for our lymphedema workshop. This Workshop will be held in partnership with Lori Buckley, OTR/L, CLT, Reiki Master who specializes in the treatment of lymphedema.
The Workshop will provide educational tools to manage the disease in addition to other side effects that can result from cancer treatments.

Elements of the workshop include:
- Functions of the Lymphatic System
- Signs & Symptoms of Lymphedema
- Risk Factors & Reduction Strategies for Lymphedema
- Hands-On Instruction of Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Natural Ways to Stimulate your Lymph Fluid
- Exercises to Improve Functional Range of Motion
- Common Overlooked Side Effects of CA Interventions

Note: This workshop is inclusive to ALL breast cancer survivors. You do not have to have lymphedema to register. It is our hope that this workshop will also provide valuable insight into lymphedema preventative strategies and knowledge on how to improve your functional mobility.
