The executive director of Project Pink'd Shawn McCarville discussed the organization's mission, how survivors react to the support, and how others can help out.
In addition to the Care to Share Thanksgiving event held November 12, 2023 survivors in Nebraska and Western Iowa were invited to register for a complimentary Thanksgiving Meal.
On Sunday, November 19, 2023, around 100 Project Pink’d volunteers picked-up, and porch delivered over 250 complimentary Thanksgiving meals to survivors throughout the state of Nebraska and in Western Iowa.
